What to expect at Willamette Wellness Spa

From the moment you arrive to the time that you leave, our focus is on you. Each massage is personalized to your wellness needs.

Your Session

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session. This will allow you the opportunity to unwind, sip some herbal tea and fill out any paperwork that may be needed.

Your Comfort Level During the Session

You may undress in privacy to your level of comfort. You may choose to completely disrobe or remain in an undergarment. During the massage you will be draped with a sheet and a blanket. Only the area being massaged will be undraped.

Cancellations and Late Arrivals

Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of your scheduled service. We will need a minimum of 48 hours in advance for changes or cancellation of a spa package.

If you arrive late, we will provide an unrushed session only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service fee.

Settling your Account

Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. Cash or personal checks are accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Gratuities may be given at your discretion. Tipping is not required, we are grateful for your loyalty and referrals.

Confidentiality

Please be assured that all personal information collected is for the sole purpose of providing superior client service. This information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be released without the client's permission and authorization.

General

To provide you with a tranquil environment, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and other electronic devices. Leave your valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for your personal property.

This is a non-smoking environment (inside and outside on our surrounding grounds).

Our pathways are either gravel or bark dust. We recommend not to wear high heels on our property.

We only offer non-sexual, therapeutic massage. If you or the therapist's safety feels compromised, the session will end immediately.
